Police identified the fatalities as Ruel Yadao and a certain Roderick, who were found dead inside the tank at around 7:50 p.m. Another Moel Magdadaro, 20, survived but is in serious condition and confined at the said hospital.
Prober PO2 Junrene Obico said the victims were painting the tank at around 2 p.m. when they were accidentally trapped inside. They were discovered six hours later.
Rescue teams from Taguig, Makati City and Pasig City responded to the scene and rushed the victims to the hospital, where the two were declared dead on arrival. – Edu Punay
