Pasay office loses a dozen guns to thieves

-
Police are investigating a break-in at a security office inside a Pasay City shopping mall where a dozen caliber .38 caliber revolvers were taken last Monday evening.

Inspector Aquilino Almanza, night shift supervisor of the Pasay police Criminal Investigation Division, said the culprits destroyed the padlock of MVJ Security and Investigation Service office located at the LRT Shopping Mall Taft Avenue Extension, Pasay City.

Almanza said he has dispatched Police Officer 2 Alberto Sambilon to conduct an investigation into the break-in after receiving a call from MVJ administrative officer Romulo Daisog.

Michael Castillo, the night duty mall security officer, discovered that the door of the office was forcibly opened and the firearms missing. – Evelyn Macairan
