Parish priest stabbed to death

A 50-year-old Manila parish priest was found stabbed to death in his house in Quezon City the other night, according to police.
Fr. Albert Tanghal, parish priest of the Malate Catholic church and resident of 20-E Matutom street in Barangay St. Peter in Quezon City, was naked and lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds when his cousin found him last Tuesday.
According to PO1 Romel Merino, officer-on-case, the body was discovered by Alberto Remando at 11 p.m. inside the victims room.
Crime scene investigators said the masters bedroom was in disarray. Police later said the priests cell phone and valuables were missing. Katherine Adraneda
