Water service cut-off in QC

Manila Water announced yesterday a temporary water service interruption in portions of Manila and Quezon City. The first interruption will begin at 9 p.m. on Monday up to 6 a.m., Tuesday. The interconnection of a 150-mm mainline along Mayon street will be undertaken as part of Manila Water’s ongoing water improvement project. Areas without water will be Barangay 900 and 903, Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila.

Meanwhile, another interruption will also take place on Monday, beginning at 8 p.m. and will last up to 6 a.m., Tuesday. An interconnection of a line will be conducted along Katipunan Avenue as part of the ongoing improvement program. Affected areas will be B. Serrano, from 19th Avenue to Katipunan Avenue; 20th Avenue from B. Serrano to Kalantias St.; Bgy. Bayanihan, Blue Ridge A and B; St. Ignacio, Libis proper, Besa Compound, Phoenix Bldg. and Acropolis Commercial Center.
