Pakistani trader nabbed for sexual advances

A Pakistani national was arrested after he allegedly tried to sexually molest a 26-year-old woman Saturday night in Valenzuela City.
Police identified the suspect as Mohamed Nazir Khan, 45, a businessman, of Sucat, Parañaque City.
SPO2 Angeles Miranda, officer-on-case, said the suspect was apprehended after Gina Yap, of 164 Pio Valenzuela street, Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City accused Khan of trying to abuse her.
Yap, a single parent, told police that she was inside her room looking after her sleeping child when the suspect, who silently followed her, grabbed and kissed her.
Yap said that the suspect only stopped his sexual advances when she shouted for help.
Miranda said Khan was in Yaps house as her parents visitor.
The suspect, now locked up at the police detention cell, is set to be charged with acts of lasciviousness at the Valenzuela City prosecutors office. Pete Laude
