Arts and Culture Awards today

In celebration of the 432th Founding Anniversary of the City of Manila, Mayor Lito Atienza is giving the Patnubay ng Sining at Kalinangan 2003 (Arts and Culture Awards) this evening at 6 at the Bulwagang Villegas.

This year’s awardees are headed by Napoleon Abueva, Diwa ng Lahi.

The other awardees are: Isabel Santos, Gatpuno Antonio Villegas; Froilan Hong, Arkitektura; Roberto Bulatao Feleo, Eskultura; Jose Tence Ruiz, Makabagong Pamamaraan; Celeste Legaspi-Gallardo, Musika; Alfred Yuson, Panitikan; Gloria Romero, Pelikula; Charlie Co, Pintura, Dr. Rustica C. Carpio, Tanghalan/Dula; Ferdinand B. Jose, Sayaw; and Susan Roces, Tanging Parangal.
