DPWH chief to be feted

Secretary Florante Soriquez of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and newly-installed Commodore Rufino Lopez Jr. will be honored by the Tau Alpha Fraternity in a testimonial dinner at the Manila Yacht Club on Monday at 6 p.m.

"By reaching the pinnacle of your career, after surmounting countless challenges, you have brought honor to Tau Alpha and have set a worthy example to our brothers," noted TAFI Chairman Pepot Viado and Executive Director Jun Palugod.
