Maynilad Water Service Inc. announced yesterday a 24-hour interruption of water services in parts of Fairview, Quezon City starting at 9 a.m. tomorrow until 9 a.m. the following day.
Maynilad said the cut-off will pave the way for the interconnection of the newly laid 500-mm service pipe to the existing 600-mm service pipe along Commonwealth Avenue corner Don Jose Avenue in Fairview.
The following areas will have no water: Don Jose, Doña Carmen, Jordan Park Homes, Ideal, and Don Fabian subdivisions. On the other hand, Barangays Batasan, Payatas and Commonwealth will experience low pressure to no water.
Affected customers are advised to store water good for the duration of the water service interruption. Matthew Estabillo
