5 Koreans hurt

Five Korean nationals were seriously injured after their car crashed into a Metro Rail Transit post and two other vehicles the other day along EDSA in Quezon City.
The victims were identified as Lee Joon Byung, of 55-2A Angelita Apartment in Cubao, Sun Hym, of Catalina St., Sampaloc Manila, Aera Lee, 19, Hara Jun, 23, and Peter Cha, 19. All are confined at an undisclosed hospital.
The Koreans suffered lacerations and broken bones when their green Honda Civic (UAP-962) crashed into the MRT post in Kamuning at about 12:15 a.m. Lee was the one driving.
Investigators said Lee suddenly lost control of the wheel and hit the post. The car spun around and rammed into two parked vehicles. Matthew Estabillo
