Ted C. Saniel, 56

Teodoro "Ted" C. Saniel, adviser to many labor and political leaders, passed away last Monday, Feb. 17, at the East Avenue Medical Center following a weeklong hospitalization for benign intracranial tumor. He was 56 years old.
Ted was the commercial attaché of the Canadian Embassy during the early 80s. He was a brilliant idea man in the field of communications media, politics, and labor.
During the middle years of Martial Law, Saniel was adviser to many emerging personalities including lawyer Jose Villegas and PR man Charlie Agatep. He was also a close associate of former RPN chief executive officer Rex Lores who brought him into the Lakas NUCD party.
Interment will be held at the Eternal Gardens Memorial Park crematorium in Caloocan City on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 9 a.m.
