Locsin to speak in Scottish Rite forum

Rep. Teodoro Locsin Jr. of Makati City will be the guest speaker at the Scottish Rite Luncheon Forum tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 22, at 12:30 p.m. at the Scottish Rite Temple, Taft Ave., Manila, hosted by Luzon Bodies, A & A.S.R.

Defense Undersecretary Antonio Santos Jr. heads the Scottish Rite Luncheon Forum Task Force, while Rossendo Herrera, 33, is the sovereign grand commander of the Scottish Rite Freemasonry of the Philippines.
