Agents of the Police Anti-Crime Emergency Task Force (PACER) have in their custody a suspect in the Dec. 31 killing of Baron Cervantes, the controversial spokesman of the Young Officers Union (YOU).
Roland Patinio was one of the inmates who escaped with Pentagon Gang leader Faisal Marohombsar from a heavily-secured cell inside Camp Crame on June 19. Marohombsar was killed by lawmen in Cavite City last Sunday.
Sources from PACER said yesterday that Patinio, also known as Bullet, was among the suspects picked up by the police and military forces that conducted operations in Barangay Kaluangan, Magallanes town in Cavite City last Sunday.
The operations led to Marohombsars death and the rescue of a four-year-old kidnap victim Patricia Lopez-Chung and her nanny, Yimena Jordan, from their abductors. Mike Frialde
