The body of Jose Botecario, 32, married, resident of Barangay Camarin, Caloocan City was found already in an advanced state of decomposition. The body was found around 6 a.m. inside the Plastic City compound in Barangay Veinte Reales.
Police said that last Saturday, the victim and his friends decided to have a drink they waited for the rain to stop. The victim was last seen plunging into waist-deep waters under heavy rains. – Jerry Botial
