Many have located in the city, one of such firms is Powerhomes Unlimited Corp. which continues to expand its services to its business center owners (BCOs) as well as the citys various public. It is now aggressively pursuing its plan to acquire a real estate property and develop it to a housing project for its thousands of BCOs.
Powerhomes president Dr. Raul Bolaños said the housing project will be made available at a very affordable socialized housing scheme for the BCOs who have kept faith in the company. Bolaños and Powerhomes are mulling over the idea of add-on products that would be offered to the BCOs.
"Powerhomes envisions itself to continue serving as a critical tool and as a conduit in providing an opportunity for the residents and for every Filipino as well to enjoy a dignified existence, so that an option to one is an option to all," Bolaños said.
BCOs can acquire desired properties through the housing incentives awarded by Powerhomes to deserving beneficiaries.
