BI arrests 2 Japanese

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) reported yesterday the arrest of two Japanese nationals, including a fugitive from justice, who are now detained and awaiting deportation.
Immigration Commissioner Andrea Domingo said the two Japanese, identified as Seigi Tominaga and Yasuhiko Yamada, were arrested separately in Pasay City.
Domingo said Tominaga, alias Eiji Okuda, 53, is a fugitive wanted by authorities in Fukuoka City, Japan for fraud and falsification of public documents.
She added that Tominaga has a pending arrest warrant issued by the Fukuoka Summary Court and will be deported soon to stand trial for his crimes. Rey Arquiza
