Cabbie killed in Port Area

A 22-year-old taxi driver was found dead inside his cab parked along Bonifacio Drive in Port Area, Manila the other night.
Police said the victim, Mara Paray, a resident of Block 16 Lot 29 Paras St., Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City, suffered multiple stab wounds in the body.
Parays body was found inside his Areeya Jansen Transport Service cab by fellow taxi driver, Ronelo Evangelista, at around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night.
Evangelista told probers that a few hours before the incident, he spotted Paray being flagged down by three unidentified men in Malabon. When he passed by Bonifacio Drive after a few hours, the witness said he again spotted the victims taxi parked suspiciously.
He said he pulled over to check and found the victim in a pool of blood, prompting him to call the police. Cecille Suerte Felipe
