Man runs wild at NAIA
September 9, 2001 | 12:00am
A Filipino passenger under the influence of liquor suddenly went wild upon arrival yesterday at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport sending other passengers into panic.
Ray Anthony Crispino, 21, of Antipolo, Rizal, started kicking and cursing arriving passengers who disembarked from the same Singapore Airlines flight he had taken from Singapore to Manila.
Immigration authorities who tried to restrain him also suffered some bruises when they were also kicked by Crispino, who shouted at them that he was "untouchable" as he is the nephew of a police major in Camp Crame.
Aviation Security Group personnel and airport police who were summoned to the scene to help restrain Crispino were also kicked and cursed. Rey Arquiza
