The man who would otherwise be in jail, Rep. Mark Jimenez (6th district member) is set to speak before Manila policemen today as guest at the Western Police Districts (WPD) Monday flag-raising ceremony.
Jimenez, who won in Manilas sixth district by a narrow margin in the last May elections amid allegations of vote-buying, would be the first representative to speak before WPD members in a long while.
The weekly guest speaker format was first introduced to the WPD by its former director Chief Superintendent Avelino Razon Jr. Jose Aravilla
