Mother, daughter killed at home

A 79-year-old woman and her daughter were strangled by someone who could be a close friend or relative, in their apartment early Saturday morning in Quezon City.

Victims Rosario Baldoria del Rosario and her daughter Alma were found dead on the second floor of their apartment at 3 Nueva Vizcaya St., Barangay Sto. Cristo in Bago Bantay, Quezon City.

Investigators said that Rosario had ligature marks and bruises on the head, while Alma had a nylon cord looped around her neck and her hands were tied behind her. – Matthew Estabillo
