Rasil Evarloroza, 30, married, jobless, of Sitio 6, Catmon Dumpsite, Barangay Catmon, Malabon was arrested early this week on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Edison Quintin of the Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) Branch 56.
The suspect’s alleged cohorts – brother Rodel, 22, and Rolando Roado, 26, married – were also pinned down by police.
Authorities confiscated a homemade gun from Ramil. The two other suspects each yielded a Magnum .357.
According to case investigator PO2 Peter Rios of the Malabon police investigation branch, Ramil is wanted for a series of robbery-holdups and shooting incidents in the area that resulted in the deaths and injuries of at least 40 people.
Rios added that the latest of the string of crimes allegedly committed by Ramil happened last March 15 when he attacked Ferdinand Refis, 26, single, jobless.
Refis luckily survived the attack despite his injuries.
