Valerio wife arraigned today

The wife of slain chief government corporate counsel Jun N. Valerio is set for arraignment today at 8:30 am, at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 81.
Charged with parricide after preliminary investigation by the National Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice, Milagros E. Valerio will be brought from Davao City where she is currently detained.
In an order released by Ma. Theresa Yadao, presiding judge, on Feb. 27 , the PNP CIDG Davao Regional Office was "directed to transfer accused Valerio to Quezon City Jail within ten (10) days from notice."
The DOJ found probable cause in the case filed by the NBI against Milagros Valerio and her accomplices and recommended immediate trial without bail.
Jun N. Valerio was murdered in front of his house at 82 Mapangakit Street, Diliman, Quezon City in the early morning of March 18 last year.
