Fake lawyer arrested

A 47-year-old Valenzuela City woman, masquerading as a lawyer, now needs a real lawyer herself, after two of her "clients" got back at her by filing charges with the citys prosecutors office.
Lina Minerva de la Cruz of 32-F St. Louie Compound, Malinta, Valenzuela City, was charged with two counts of swindling and two counts of usurpation of authority by prosecutor Esteban Mulon Jr.
Her alleged cohort, a certain Danilo Quebral, 48, of 1238 18A st., St. Jude Compound, Malinta, Valenzuela City, was also charged with two counts of swindling.
Mulon recommended a total bail of P124,000 for the temporary liberty of the two suspects. Pete Laude
