Talisay cops going after certain ‘Patsoy’

CEBU, Philippines - A certain man only identified as "Patsoy" is now being closely monitored by Talisay City police authorities.

Deputy police chief of operation Inspector Rodgene Fodutan said, their intelligence personnel are tightening up their guards to locate the alleged notorious criminal.

According to Fodutan, the suspect is not staying in one location, which is the reason why they have problem in arresting him.

He said this could be alarming considering that Patsoy is known to be a killer.

For the past few weeks, Patsoy has been tagged as the suspect of killing his friend, in three carnapping incidents and three robbery cases.

One of his robbery victims was reportedly Lorelie Villarante, the sister of Vice Mayor Romeo Villarante.

On the other hand, Patsoy was also linked in the killing of the relative of Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgar Labella during a pot session.

Rolan Colina was found lifeless on the floor inside a room in Barangay Day-as, Cebu City by the Barangay Sambag Dos Emergency Response Team.

He was found with gunshots on his head and on his back.

Dacua said the house was owned by a certain Leonidas Toras and that Colina argued with someone before he was shot to death.

Jolan Flores a.k.a. "Olay" and Emmanuel Richard known by his alias "Patsoy" were linked to the shooting.  (FREEMAN)
