Woman hits cop with plastic chair

CEBU, Philippines - Last Sunday afternoon, a woman went to the Talisay City Traffic Division, picked up a plastic chair, and struck traffic investigator SPO2 Nestor Canlobo, 48, who was working at the time.

In a police blotter, Canlobo said the woman without any provocation, swung at him with the chair, hitting his face and right hand.

As of yesterday, Canlobo and the woman could not be reached for comment. —  (FREEMAN)
