Missing man found dead

CEBU, Philippines -  She claimed she saw in her dream the place where her father, who had been missing for five days, could be found.

True enough, the body of Ruben Romera, 49, of Sitio Langub, Barangay Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu City was found already putrid at the back of a subdivision in Barangay Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City.

 He was stabbed on the neck.

Mary Jane, 23, said her father left home last January 16 at around 9 p.m. with five other men on a vehicle and never came back.

The following day, everybody looked for him without success. 

Last Sunday, Maria Fe, 29, Mary Jane’s older sister, claimed she saw in her dream the exact area where her father can be found, and without wasting time, relatives, on a borrowed motor vehicle, started looking for the place.

At around 12:00 noon Tuesday, they stopped at a field in Pajac when Maria Fe said it was the very place she saw in her dream.

In a grassy section, they found their father.

An amazed Lapu-Lapu City Police Office has promised to pursue the case.  (FREEMAN)
