Lapu-Lapu’s fluvial procession Nov. 16

CEBU, Philippines - The Lapu-Lapu City Tourism Office has moved the scheduled November 12 fluvial procession to November 16 as a consequence of Super Typhoon Yolanda’s visit.

The fluvial procession is one of the highlights of the city fiesta celebration in honor of its patron, the Virgin of the Rule.

Former city councilor Damian Gomez said preparations are afoot. (FREEMAN)
