Fastfood outlet manager arrested

CEBU, Philippines - A branch manager of a fastfood outlet located in Jones Avenue Cebu City was arrested Monday afternoon by the police from Talisay City for alleged acts of lasciviousness.

Senior Inspector Al Pascual and his team arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant Mark Anthony Rodriguez, 32, resident of Stockton Village, Punta Princesa, Cebu City.

The warrant was issued by Judge Mario Manayon of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 01 in Talisay City.

Pascual told The Freeman the incident happened when Rodriguez was assigned as branch manager of the fastfood outlet in a mall in barangay Tabunok.

The complainant is a woman who was a member of the service crew in Tabunok.

Pascual said they arrested Rodriguez at the outlet at Jones Avenue at around 12:40 p.m.

They waited for Rodriguez to report for work.

From the Talisay City detention cell, Rodriguez was transferred to the Talisay City Jail in barangay Maghaway. — (FREEMAN)
