Man dies in accident

CEBU, Philippines - A 48-year-old man died on the way to hospital after the motorcycle he was driving crashed Monday on the pavement in sitio Kamanggahan, South Ville Subdivision, barangay Tabunok, Talisay City.

 Crisaldo Laborada Gabonada, of Cabancalan I, barangay Bulacao, Cebu City was taken to the Talisay City District Hospital but died on the way.

Police said Gabonada was driving a Honda motorcycle bearing plate number 4703-TK from Bulacao to sitio Dawis, barangay Tabunok when his motorcycle fell on its side.

Due to the impact, Gabonada sustained severe injuries on the body and head.

The blotter of the raffic division does not state whether Gabonada was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.  (FREEMAN)
