Man shot dead in Talisay City

CEBU, Philippines - A 27-year-old man died on the spot after being shot by a still unidentified man yesterday dawn  in sitio Hawod, barangay Bulacao, Talisay City.

The victim was identified as Dave Oyon-oyon, married, of sitio Hollow Block, barangay Lagtang, Talisay City.

The man who shot the victim was described as 5 feet tall, skinny, and wearing a red t-shirt and a ball cap.

SPO1 Edgar Causon and PO2 Evie Espina said the gunman shot Oyon-oyon in close range.

He shot Oyon-oyon again when he hit the pavement.

Recovered from the crime scene were an empty shell of the 9mm caliber pistol, a Nokia cellular phone, a key, a coin purse, and P200.  (FREEMAN)
