Man hacks neighbor
CEBU, Philippines - A man hacked a neighbor Tuesday evening in Sector 5 in barangay Pagsabungan, Mandaue City but the police have yet to establish the motive for the attack.
Jonday Perales, 31, sustained wounds in the different parts.
His attacker was identified as Ronald Navotas, 28, single.
Navotas and Perales work for the same company.
Police said Perales was on his way home when attacked.
He was taken to the Mandaue City Hospital but was transferred to St. Vincent hospital in Cebu City.
Basak police station chief P Sr. Insp Wilson Abot said Navotas works as a construction worker for Greencoil while Perales was employed by the same company as a truck boy.
Abot said the two men engaged in a verbal tussle while at work that day.
