Luigi sponsors livelihood training
CEBU, Philippines - Cong. Gabriel Luigi Quisumbing’s “Asenso Sixto†livelihood program partnered with the Technology Resource Center for a series of livelihood trainings in the 6th District of Cebu held from February 19 to 23.
TRC conducted training in basic massage, aroma massage, reflexology, soap making, and perfume making.
“In my commitment to help alleviate poverty in the sixth district, we initiated these various livelihood training to provide more options for our constituents, especially the women and members of their families, to earn money and supplement their family income.
Consequently,we foresee that these activities will promote productivity in the community,†Quisumbing said.
“I thank the TRC for partnering with our “Asenso Sixto Livelihood Program†and for providing the training.
It is important that we assist our constituents by helping them acquire skills and knowledge on how to earn a living and be productive members of society,†Quisumbing said. (FREEMAN)
