Tumakay was inside the cockpit when the police swooped down on the cockpit.

When LLCPO director PSSupt. Rey Lyndon Lawas asked Tumakay why he was at the area he said that he was off duty at that time and was supposed to report for work yesterday (All Souls Day).
“Mas samot pa dyud nga modako unta iyang kaso kon nagdala-dala pa siya sa iyang service firearm atong tungora. Natingala ko nganong off-duty siya nga wa may gitugtan nga mo-off kon red alert status,” Lawas said.
Lawas said an administrative case will also be filed against Tumakay on Monday. (FREEMAN)
