“I am glad that I have this opportunity to inform you that we are able to generate funding from the national government from 2011 to 2013 of about P600 million for the rehabilitation, widening and upgrade of our existing national highways, construction of different school buildings, covered courts, and multi-purpose buildings,” Radaza said.
The lone district of Lapu-Lapu solon said his office has set aside funds for the most deserving students who wish to pursue college studies through congressional scholarships under the CHED program.
As your Mayor then, Radaza said he worked hard for the conversion of the city to become highly urbanized and so we did in 2007.
Thereafter, he said the opportunity presented itself for the city to become a lone district and lobbied for the approval of the same before the Senate in 2009.
