Foreigner's wife robbed

CEBU, Philippines - A wife of a foreigner lost cash and personal belongings inside her rented apartment along H. Abellana Extension in barangay Pagsabungan in Mandaue City while she was out to buy something Tuesday afternoon.

Helga Seales told the Basak police station she was gone from the apartment for more than two hours and upon her return she found the main door broken and her money and things gone.

Missing were her Samsung laptop worth P23,000, an HP laptop worth $1,500, a sony camera worth $210, a pendant worth $600, earrings worth $200, some documents, and $2,100.

Police believe the thief lives in the neighborhood. – (FREEMAN)
