CEBU, Philippines - Police arrested Wednesday a 32-year-old man for allegedly failing to pay for his stay at a motel in Talisay City.
George Al Ganados, of barangay Uling in Naga City, had stayed at the motel for 16 hours and allegedly owes the place P1,000.
An estafa case is being prepared against Ganados, who is currently detained at the Talisay City police detention center. (FREEMAN)
