CEBU, Philippines - A man who stole five cellular phones from a house in barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City yesterday lost the loot to two snatchers.
Justine Ancheta, 28, of sitio Lahing-Lahing, barangay Mabolo, Cebu City was arrested after Vanessa Panerio, 20, sought assistance from the Subangdaku police station.
Panerio said she awoke when her children’s toys fell on the floor. When she checked, she saw Ancheta running away. She called for help.
She found her shoulder bag which contained five cellular phones missing.
