Van stalls traffic

CEBU, Philippines - Traffic was stalled for more than an hour along the Butuanon Bridge in barangay Maguikay, Mandaue City Thursday evening after a delivery van hit the lane island.

The delivery van of GLD Trucking Services, driven by Rodulfo Repollo, was on its way to Leyte province to delivery feeds when it lost its brakes.

Due to its heavy load, the delivery van swerved to the left and hit the lane divider, damaging it.

The traffic went back to normal an hour an a half after the van was towed away. (FREEMAN)
