Two men with guns arrested at checkpoints

CEBU, Philippines - Two persons were arrested in separate checkpoints in Mandaue and Lapu-lapu cities Tuesday night for carrying guns. 

Rodel Jaron, 35, of sitio Calubihan in barangay Labogon,Mandaue City was caught with a .22 cal. magnum revolver.

He is now detained at the Centro police station. 

In barangay Canjualo, Lapu-Lapu City, a man wanted by the police for robbery case was arrested for carrying a .38 cal. revolver.
