Company driver arrested for "stealing"

CEBU, Philippines - A man who works as a truck driver was arrested for allegedly stealing his company’s LPG products in Zone Pechay in barangay Paknaan, Mandaue City last Monday morning. 

Romeo Nacion, 34, married, of Zone 2 in barangay Canduman, Mandaue City an employee of Japer Marketing based in barangay Tingub,  and a cohort were arrested after the operations officer of the company told the police these two men stole 15 LPG gasul cylinders (50kg) worth P55,342.

Ruben Paza, the operations manager of the company, took the police to Zone Pechay where Nacion and one Aresnio Jumao-as, 42, of barangay Pagsabungan were caught with the LPG cylinders in their custody. - THE FREEMAN
