Consolacion residents get medical assistance from senators Pia, Allan

CEBU, Philippines - Residents of Consolacion town who will be admitted at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center will receive P1,000 each for medicine from Senators Pia and Allan Peter Cayetano.

The office of Senators Pia and Allan Peter Cayetano, through regional coordinator Rey Martinez, has turned over signed referral letters of medical assistance each amounting to P1,000 for medicine.

The funding comes from the Priority Development Assistance Fund of both senators totaling P100,000.

Consolacion Mayor Teresa Alegado, Vice Mayor Aurelio Damole, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan and the Association of Barangay Councils through president Marilou Casul expressed thanks to the senators.

Present during the ceremonial turnover were Mayor Alegado, Damole, Casul, and Councilors Analee G. Gungob and Julius P. Alegado.  (FREEMAN)
