Man stabs older brother

CEBU, Philippines - An alleged tipsy man stabbed his older brother with a kitchen knife after getting reprimanded for being noisy yesterday dawn.
Jeffrey Premacio, 38, sustained wounds on the left shoulder and chest.
Omar Premacio, 23, single, allegedly fled.
He was taken to the Don Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center. - THE FREEMAN
