CEBU, Philippines - A construction worker who was found dead yesterday dawn in barangay Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City is believed to have fallen from a two-story house yesterday dawn.
Angeles Gravino Jr, 37, of Clarin, Bohol was believed to have died upon impact.
Based in the statement of Jessie dela Cruz, the foreman of the house that was being constructed, they were drinking last Monday evening.
Dela Cruz said that except for Gravino, all of them went to sleep but at 3 a.m.
He said one of their companions saw Gravino going to second floor.
At around 4 a.m., they found Gravino lying on the ground face down.
Thinking that Gravino was still drunk, they carried him to the bunkhouse. When they saw blood oozing from his body, they called the police.
Gravino was declared dead by the Lapu-Lapu district hospital.
