Only 30 of 80 beneficiaries can relocate to Paknaan?

CEBU, Philippines - Only about 30 of the 80 beneficiaries of the 6.5-hectare housing project in barangay Paknaan in Mandaue City are allegedly qualified to be relocated.

According to a source, the rest of the supposed beneficiaries have not complied with the requirements set by the Housing Urban Development Office.

The source said a group that calls itself San Vicente Homeowners Association which has 80 members cannot avail of the financial aid from the city, which supposedly would be used to pay for the down payment for the lot they are supposed to occupy at the Paknaan lot, because of their failure to comply with the requirements.
