Woman IDs man who robbed her

CEBU, Philippines - A woman who was robbed two weeks ago in Asahi Road in barangay Casuntingan, Mandaue City has identified the robber in the police station's rogues' gallery.

Investigative and Detective Management Bureau (IDMB) Chief PC/Insp. Rex Lomente said the police are looking for Allan Ancajas, 35, married, a resident of sitio Pilit in barangay Cabancalan, Mandaue City.

Lilian Seno, 51, married, said she is certain the man in the rogues' gallery is the same man who divested her of her money.

Seno told police that around 8:30 p.m. last Sept. 1, two men grabbed her bag containing P50,000, four cellular phones worth P58,000, and some identification cards.

They fled on a motorcycle.

She then reported the incident to the Casuntingan police station.

Lomente said Ancajas was previously arrested. – (FREEMAN)
