Man "commits suicide"

CEBU, Philippines - A 65-year-old mentally disturbed man who was suspected to be suffering from cancer allegedly hanged himself inside his own house in Artville Subdivision, barangay San Isidro, Talisay City, Friday morning.

Sergio Cruz was taken to the South General Hospital in the City of Naga but was declared dead on arrival.

According to Theresa Lucy, her father was suffering from cancer of the bone and since he knew of his illness he had been demented.

Theresa found her father hanging by the neck from the ceiling.
