Mandaue mayor's wife launches wellness caravan

CEBU, Philippines - Sarah Cortes, wife of Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes, has launched a wellness caravan that would disseminate information concerning rabies the dengue disease, child abuse, and waste segregation in the barangays.
The wellness caravan will be in at least two barangays every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
A puppet show will be employed to help drive home the message. (FREEMAN)
