Lapu-Lapu takes steps to attract more tourists

CEBU, Philippines - After the success of the Kadaugan Street Party, the Lapu-Lapu City Tourism, Cultural and Historical Commission will line up some more tourism and sport related activities in its bid to continue promoting Lapu-Lapu as a tourist destination, Councilor Harry Don Radaza said.

Radaza said the city government will again ask beach resorts and hotels to help promote the city.

He said beach resorts and hotels are always the first to benefit from tourists.

Beach Resorts and Hotels in Lapu-Lapu City on the other hand have guaranteed to support the city’s programs. – THE FREEMAN
