Man shot Dead

CEBU, Philippines - A 28-year-old man was shot dead by another man while talking to a friend on the roadside in sitio Mahayahay 1, barangay Carreta, Cebu City Sunday afternoon.

Ryan Santos, 28, single, and a resident of Lapu-Lapu City was shot allegedly by Ronnie Estañero Conlongan, who resides in the same place at about 4:30 p.m.

Police reports showed that Santos was talking to a friend when Conlongan arrived and suddenly shot him.

Santos, who was hit in the stomach, was immediately taken to the Cebu City Medical Center. He died a few hours later.

Conlongan fled after the incident.
