12 new cops in Talisay promoted

CEBU, Philippines - Twelve new policemen in the Talisay City Police Station have been promoted.

Shortly after the flag raising yesterday, acting Talisay City Police Station chief Francis Errol Deveyre pinned the new badge (a chevron) on each of the 12 promoted cops indicating the new rank.

PO2 Violeta Godinez, the station's women's desk officer, was among those who got the new badge.

The 11 others who received the same were SPO4 Cleofas Bonjoc, SPO3 Frederick Larrobis, SPO3 Sherwin Abellare, SPO2 Renato Giganto, SPO2 Elmer Saladas, PO2 Antonio Asoy, PO2 Michael Estrosas, PO2 Jayson del Campo, PO2 Luke Mahatma Fernandez, PO2 Rico Reboquio and PO2 Shindey Tabuco.
