Man found dead

CEBU, Philippines - A 25-year-old man was already lifeless when found by relatives in his room yesterday morning in sitio Rattan, Tanke, Talisay City hanging by the neck.

SPO1 Oliver Dacua, Talisay City Police Station's desk officer, said Gregorio Abelido was taken to the Talisay District Hospital in barangay San Isidro but was declared dead upon arrival.

Dacua said police are investigating.
